I’m Afe Elizabeth—artist, guide, and the voice behind Married To Standards. I created this space for women who are ready to return to themselves. Women who are no longer chasing external validation but are choosing devotion to their own evolution.

I’ve walked through the fires of heartbreak, reinvention, and rebirth—and I’ve learned that self-commitment is the highest love. Through every lesson, I realized: standards are not rules. They are remembrance. They are sacred vows to the woman you are.

As your coach, I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to remind you that you were never broken. Together, we’ll reset the mind, reclaim the body, and realign with the energy that attracts everything meant for you.

    Ever since working on my personalized workouts and diet with Afe, I literally have not been sick within this past year. She really pushed me when times got tough and reminded me the value of my health. Most importantly though the nutritional value she gave me was simplistic but ever changing!
